Focused on empowering Individuals and helping them realise the strengths they already have and assisting them learn new tools to work with. She believes that raising awareness and supporting family members to understand and support their loved one who is struggling is incredibly important. Having worked with many clients suffering with anxiety, depression, addictions and eating disorders, she Is passionate about making mental health support accessible to all.
Holly has 15 years’ experience working within the education and healthcare settings. After completing a bachelor’s degree in psychologywith childhood and youth studies she spent 6 years working In a SEN school, assisting 4-16 yearold’s access education. After having 2 daughters, she has been working within the healthcare Industry and the reablement field and for the past 2.5 years she has been working part time in an addiction rehab clinic as a senior recovery practitioner, whilst running her private practice as a Solution Focused Clinical Hypnotherapist and Psychotherapist. Within the rehab clinic Hollyhas assisted in developing the 7-day programme for clientshaving to Isolate due to the COVID-19 situation, run psychoeducational groups, keyworking clients, leading specialist groups for sleep,self-belief/self-worth, and confidence, teaching mindfulness and relaxation techniques.In private practice Holly works with people struggling with anxiety, depression, anger, Insomnia, phobias, eating disorders, confidence, and smoking cessation.
