What We Offer

Psychological Therapy

We provide evidence-based psychological treatments and endeavour to match treatment options with individual need throughout all stages of the recovery process.

Dietetic Support

Our specialist dieticians are skilled in designing personalised meal plans whilst providing psycho-education in addition to other eating-related tasks. Options include combined dietetic and therapy sessions.

Group Therapy

We provide access to specialist group treatments for bulimia nervosa and binge eating disorder in line with the NICE (National Institute for Health and Care Excellence) guidance. Facilitated by experienced therapists, these provide a nurturing and intimate space for recovery support.

Meal Support

As a supplement to treatment, our recovery coaches and dietitians support you with your meals. This can be invaluable in creating a safe environment to facilitate effective exposure to feared food situations.

Recovery Coaching (for Parents and Carers)

We empower parents and carers with information and resources to help gain confidence in supporting their loved ones through their recovery journey.

Courses & Workshops

Our Online video modules and live workshops are tailored towards understanding and working through specific difficulties experienced by those struggling with eating disorders.

Why online?

The traditional model has evolved. Long waiting lists and reduced resources mean people are struggling and deteriorating while waiting for in-person treatment.

We know that early access to treatment significantly improves recovery rates.  We want specialist eating disorder treatment to be accessible to anyone, at any time.

Will online therapy work for me?

The research says ‘YES’

The Journal of Medical Internet Research cites several studies indicating no significant differences between in-person and videoconferencing sessions (Day, et al.,2002; Dunstan, et al.,2012; Stubbings, et al.,2013)

The International Journal of Eating Disorders cites emerging research in the delivery of evidence-based interventions for eating disorders via a telehealth framework (Waller, et al., 2020)

“Having therapy was the hardest thing I have ever had to do, there really are the highs and the lows, the bumps twists and turns but it is all made so much easier knowing that my therapist will be there to help me every step of the way” Aston (in Recovery from Bulimia)
