What We Offer
Psychological Therapy
We provide evidence-based psychological treatments and endeavour to match treatment options with individual need throughout all stages of the recovery process.
Dietetic Support
Our specialist dieticians are skilled in designing personalised meal plans whilst providing psycho-education in addition to other eating-related tasks. Options include combined dietetic and therapy sessions.
Group Therapy
We provide access to specialist group treatments for bulimia nervosa and binge eating disorder in line with the NICE (National Institute for Health and Care Excellence) guidance. Facilitated by experienced therapists, these provide a nurturing and intimate space for recovery support.
Meal Support
As a supplement to treatment, our recovery coaches and dietitians support you with your meals. This can be invaluable in creating a safe environment to facilitate effective exposure to feared food situations.
Recovery Coaching (for Parents and Carers)
We empower parents and carers with information and resources to help gain confidence in supporting their loved ones through their recovery journey.
Courses & Workshops
Our Online video modules and live workshops are tailored towards understanding and working through specific difficulties experienced by those struggling with eating disorders.
Why online?
The traditional model has evolved. Long waiting lists and reduced resources mean people are struggling and deteriorating while waiting for in-person treatment.
We know that early access to treatment significantly improves recovery rates. We want specialist eating disorder treatment to be accessible to anyone, at any time.

Will online therapy work for me?
The research says ‘YES’
The Journal of Medical Internet Research cites several studies indicating no significant differences between in-person and videoconferencing sessions (Day, et al.,2002; Dunstan, et al.,2012; Stubbings, et al.,2013)
The International Journal of Eating Disorders cites emerging research in the delivery of evidence-based interventions for eating disorders via a telehealth framework (Waller, et al., 2020)
“Having therapy was the hardest thing I have ever had to do, there really are the highs and the lows, the bumps twists and turns but it is all made so much easier knowing that my therapist will be there to help me every step of the way” Aston (in Recovery from Bulimia)

What Our Clients Say
When I first started working with Bev I was not in a good place emotionally, and I had been struggling for years with an eating disorder that I felt had taken over my life. Bev wasn’t the first therapist I had worked with, and when I came to her I was at the point where I felt therapy might not work anymore. However, Bev made me feel completely comfortable from the start, and I found her the most personable therapist I had worked with. I even enjoyed our sessions, even though a lot of the time was spent talking about the difficult subject matter. Over the year I have worked with her, so much has changed for me; my eating disorder doesn’t rule my life anymore and I am a much happier because of it. This has then had a knock-on effect of the relationships I have with family and friends, which are much happier and healthier. I feel more confident, and for the first time in years, I feel I’m really enjoying life.
Amy28 years old, Recovery from Bulimia Nervosa
Working with Beverley has truly transformed my life. She has provided me with the support, encouragement, skills and techniques which have enabled me to learn about myself and my relationship with my eating disorder. She has supported me throughout this journey and guided me to the place where I now understand and appreciate both of these things. She has facilitated me in rebuilding my self-confidence and taught me the benefits of loving myself. She encourages her students to take ownership of their wellbeing and teaches them how to learn from their experiences to enable them to live their life they aspire to. Working with Beverley has taught me so much and I cannot recommend her professionalism, kindness and expertise enough.

I just want to say a massive thank you for all your help this past year and a half. You have truly helped me achieve my goals and helped me through one of the hardest years of my life. You helped me discover that I have strength and determination to fight and discover new confidence in myself. I now believe I deserve a better life. I will always be so grateful.
Emily22 years old, Recovery from Anorexia Nervosa
Thank you for your help and guidance over the past year. You have taught me so many valuable things and because of that, I am a much happier and healthier person. Thank you for being such a fantastic therapist.
Lauren26 years old, Recovery from Bulimia Nervosa
Thank you for all the help you have given me. I truly feel like a different person and although I still feel there is more growing (although I don’t think we ever stop growing and learning!), I feel ready and equipped to do that by myself.
Joanne32 years old, Recovery from Bulimia Nervosa
Now the process has concluded I feel really positive about my future. I am equipped with tools and processes I never knew about or understood. The journey never felt like it was following a strict set of guidelines, it felt tailored to my specific needs. I feel I am at the very beginning of a positive route into the future and my experience with Beverley has equipped me with tools to understand who I am and how I deal with life. These are the foundations on which I continue to build. I can now reflect on the trauma event and know that it is perfectly alright to feel emotional but try to take the positives from it. In summary, your help has enabled me to come back to the present day and live life normally again with my family. Thank you.
Rebecca35 years old, Recovery from PTSD and eating concerns
Without Bev I could not have taken my life back from my eating disorder, anxiety and depression. If I am being totally honest have always been in denial about my eating disorder and mood, but what a journey Bev has taken me on, and I write this today a happier healthier person. I feel like she has lifted the world off my shoulder and given me the tools I need to manage my eating disorder and anxiety. Bev never judges, listens and offers you real ways to combat those thoughts and feelings that literally keep you up at night.
Having therapy was the hardest thing I have ever had to do, there really are the highs and the lows, the bumps twists and turns but it is all made so much easier knowing that Bev will be there to help me every step of the way. Her ability to take all of my jumbled thoughts and make sense of it all still amazes me and for that I am forever grateful.
Bev has taken me to a place where I feel like I would like to ‘try it alone’ and given my first therapy sessions I never though this day would come. I now have the tools I need, and I know if there are any bumps along the way Bev will be there ready to get me back on track. I cannot recommend Bev enough and I cannot thank her enough for all her help.
